Is hypnosis dangerous?

Hypnosis is actually a natural process that we are experiencing unconsciously every day. For example, when you are driving from one point to another without actually realizing it, or when you are daydreaming being deeply in your thoughts, or when you are reading a book that captivates you so much that you can literally feel it. There is actually so many other situations where you are going into hypnosis (watching a movie, playing video games, while doing sports, meditation…). It is basically a way for our brain to be really focused in order to be more efficient. It is also the way for our brain to learn. So because it is totally natural, there is no danger for the brain in itself, it is not possible to get stuck in hypnosis. It is also important to know that while in hypnosis, you are still conscious and that your brain is still alert in case anything seems wrong to you. It is not possible for example to give any suggestions that go against your morality or values. Your conscious brain will immediately bring you back from the hypnosis.

Am I totally unconscious during the therapy, do I have any control ?

Hypnosis is just a deep state of relaxation, that some of you might have already experienced while meditating. You are still aware of anything around you, you are still able to hear, talk and move. So yes you still have a certain control on you in any case you would feel uncomfortable and want to stop the session.

What are the combined techniques of RES Method?

​Does hypnosis work on everybody?

As we said previously, hypnosis is a natural state that you are experiencing every day in your usual life. So Yes, Hypnosis works on everybody, the misconception about hypnosis has been mostly conveyed through the movies or by the magician hypnotists that are using it on a large public audience. Because they have a limited time to run their show, they need to find some easier subjects. Because hypnosis works only if the person is open to it, in a context that you don’t want to, hypnosis will have no effect. It is a natural protection from our brain. But in a context of therapy where you understand the benefits of it, and you are open to it, hypnosis works very efficiently.

​What are the issues that hypnosis can treat?

Hypnosis can deal basically with all the issues that have a link with the mind. And there is really more than we think. Here is some of the most common issues that hypnotherapy can help with : depression, anxiety, panic attack, any addictions (smoking, food, alcohol, drugs, gambling…), trauma, stress, weight loss, eating disorders, infertility, skin problems, anger, confidence, business, relationship, sexual dysfunctions, autoimmune disease… It is impossible to list them all and if your issue is not here, you can still contact me to see if hypnosis can help you.

How many sessions do I need to fix my problem?

As powerful as the R.E.S. method can be, it is not a miracle method. There is no miracle method that heals and makes people happy without having to do anything, let's be clear about that! Any serious work of therapy, healing or coaching is not done in 1 session, and so I require 6-8 sessions and your commitment to change/fix to obtain results. You cannot do anything for people who are not ready to change. This program is only dedicated to people who are committed to change and want to have serious transformation.
